1. Transaction Security
1.1 During the exchange of information, the Company provides a secure server for the Museum of Hong Kong Literature service platform, and uses advanced security encoding technology - The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt the data entered by customers, thereby striving to protect the security of user information.

2.3 Users' membership account information and online identity profile are password protected, and only the user can access such personal information.
2.4 Users can use their login phone number, email, and password to modify their membership information and online identity profile.
2.5 Based on the nature of the internet, all actions taken by users after accessing or entering the Platform system using their login phone number, email, and password are regarded as actions of users.
2.6 When the Platform receives data transmitted by users, the Company will make every effort to ensure it is stored in a secure system. However, since the transmission of data over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, the Company cannot ensure the security of data transmitted or received, despite its efforts to protect user personal data. This risk is beyond the Company's responsibility.
2.7 The Platform will take appropriate security measures to protect users' personal data from misuse, loss, disclosure, or unauthorized access but will not be responsible for any misuse, loss, disclosure, or unauthorized access beyond its control.
