Southbound Writers' Manuscripts and Relics: A Literary Journey Through Time
May 11, 2024 @ 10:00 AM - May. 20, 2024 @ 8:00 PM
In past local literary events, the Southbound Writers have often been an overlooked group. However, they have made significant contributions to Hong Kong's literature. These writers, who migrated from mainland China to Hong Kong, brought new cultural perspectives to the city through their literary works. The manuscripts and personal items of these writers offer a valuable glimpse into their lives and works, connecting the past, present, and future of literature. This exhibition features the works of over twenty prominent Southbound Writers, highlighting their creative journeys in Hong Kong and their lasting influence on Chinese culture and Hong Kong literature.
